Dear Oak Run Families,
Welcome to a new school year! My name is Bobbi Domingos, and I am honored and grateful to serve as your Coaching Principal at Oak Run Elementary School District.
As your Coaching Principal, my role is to support excellent teaching and learning while partnering with students, staff, and families to help every child thrive.
You can expect me to be visible on campus, present in classrooms, and committed to open communication. I believe that strong relationships are built through trust, consistency, and working together in the best interest of our students.
From my very first visit, it was clear that Oak Run is a community that genuinely cares about its children. That is exactly the kind of school community I hoped to become part of. I believe the greatest strength of a small school is the opportunity to truly know every child and to build meaningful relationships with families. Those relationships create the foundation for learning, growth, and success.
At the heart of my leadership is one simple belief: every child deserves to feel known, valued, challenged, and inspired. I believe schools are most successful when families, staff, and the community work together with a shared purpose—helping every student reach their fullest potential. My commitment is to lead with integrity, compassion, and high expectations while always asking one guiding question:
"Is this what's best for kids?"
